They speculated it was a lack of memory problem, but failed to give me any specifications that would tell me how much hard drive free space I was supposed to have.
Instead they kept asking for more documentation so they could really pinpoint what was wrong even after I gave them the entire project log containing my entire history of my use of the product over a weeks time. I finally gave up and had to buy another program.
After repeated tweaking of memory, and disk type, and output type, I had over 6 different "fails". I also continually got a "failed" message when trying to burn a simplified version of my program. When I told them about the limitations of the menu editing options, they said "we will make note of that on the next release of the product". When I asked for a refund, well within the 30 days, they gave me the runaround in a string of responses. I purchased "Burnova" knowing there was a "30 day money back guarantee" and soon discovered that the program was unable to meet my needs. Now that Encore is no longer being supported, I needed a new way to make professional Blu-Ray disks. I am a professional video creator with over 20 years experience with Adobe Premiere and Encore.
